During each opening, we will only accept a limited amount of commissions. If you would like to be notified when slots open, you can fill out the quote form and let us know!
- Slots are NOT on a first-come-first-serve basis. Instead, they are selected based on our preferences and decisions. We will always look through ALL of our forms before making any final decisions on who gets the slots.
- Do not feel discouraged if your commission is not chosen during an opening, you can always try again next opening! We wish we could create every character given to us!
- Filling out multiple forms during an opening will NOT increase your chance of getting picked. Again, commissions are chosen based on preference.
If you would like a rough estimate on how much your commission will cost, you can fill out our quote form. Keep in mind though that these are just rough estimates, and may not be entirely accurate to the final price you are given once we discuss your commission in detail.
We kindly ask that you only fill out a form if you are seriously interested in commissioning us.
- Your character's reference sheet is just one of the things that could make or break your chance at getting chosen. We require a high-quality, detailed reference sheet of your character. Even better if you can provide us with a close-up of what you want done! (E.g Puffy Paws, Tail, Arm Sleeves)
If your commission gets chosen during our opening, you will be issued a price quote via your chosen way of communication. In order to claim the spot, a down payment of all material cost must be given within 48 hours of being contacted. If you fail to do so, your slot will become open again for someone else to claim. The down payment is MANDATORY, cannot have a payment plan, and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Once I have bought all the materials, I cannot get the money back. Please make sure you truly want the commission before I order the materials.
- We are going to require certain measurements from you, which we will ask for upon contacting you. PLEASE try your best to get the most accurate measurements possible. Without them, we cannot guarantee things will fit properly.
