All prices are in CAD currency and payments can be made through PayPal or E-mail Money Transfer.
- Please remember that a down payment of ALL material cost MUST be made within 48 hours of getting contacted and BEFORE I order anything. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE once I have bought all the materials.
- After the materials are paid for, I will begin to work on your commission. A payment plan can be discussed and set up to pay for the rest owed, which will be discussed with the buyer if requested. Your suit part(s) will NOT be shipped to you until the full price has been paid, including shipping fees.
- Payment plans are not preferred, and it is in fact favored if you are able to pay the full price upfront.
Once I begin working on your commission, you will receive multiple process pictures and updates. I will also send you pictures of fur swatches to make sure they are the exact color you are looking for. But, please keep in mind that there are not an infinite amount of fur colors available to buy. Therefore, slight variations in hue from your original character may occur. We will always try our best to find something as close as possible to your character! You may request pictures and updates on your own, but PLEASE do not hound me multiple times every day. I do have a life outside of fursuit making, and some days I may not be able to work on your commission at all.
- Constant harassment of any kind may result in the cancellation of your commission, a refund (except for deposit), and a blacklist.
- Keep in mind that I do NOT work on Saturdays Sundays, or holidays in order to give myself some time to relax. Do not expect updates or progress pictures during these days.
- If I happen to be going away on vacation while working on your commission, you will be notified ahead of time. I will NOT bring your part(s) with me and I will NOT be working on them during those times.
Your commission may take me anywhere from a few business weeks to a few business months to complete, depending on complexity, what it is that you want, and life circumstances. I will NOT be rushed. If you are hoping to have your commission completed for a certain event, you may want to look elsewhere for someone who can accommodate that, unless the date is more than six months away. In that case, you shouldn't have much worry. Of course, I will let you know if there are any issues.
- For copyright reasons, we will not be working on commissions based on copyrighted characters or characters you do not own (e.g Pokémon, MLP, FNAF, and so on).
- All parts come with a 3 month warranty, where I will repair any damages for free as long as you pay for shipping both ways. After this 3 month time period, you will be charged extra on top of shipping for any repairs. But you MUST ship them clean.
- Please note that just because there is warranty, it does not give you the right to be purposefully careless with your parts. We understand some stitching may pop out normally at conventions and such, your tail may be stepped on, but if damages are excessively severe you may be charged an extra fee regardless of the warranty. Fursuits are not cheap, take care of them!
Shipping will be done through Chit Chats, which always offers very good prices.
- In order for us to proceed with shipping your package, you will have to provide us with your LEGAL name and all necessary shipping information.
- Since shipping is not included in the base price, you will have to pay for this afterwards. So please ensure you have extra money to put towards this, because it will NOT be shipped until we have the money for it! Shipping costs can vary drastically based on where you live, and sometimes international shipping can be VERY expensive.
- We will receive a price from the post office, which we will then forward to you so you can send us the money to pay for it. Once this is all settled, your package will be on it's way to you! We will provide you with tracking ASAP once we ship your package.
- BE AWARE: Once the package leaves our hands, it is no longer our responsibility and we have no control over it's handling. Any lost items, damages, or customs/additional fees you may have to pay are completely out of our hands and NOT our fault.
- If any items get lost or damaged during shipping, understand that this does not mean we will refund you any money. We still spent time and money to make it for you, and while it really sucks when these things unfortunately happen, it is not our fault. We play no part in the shipping process.
